Job Description:1. Inputting and Verifying suppliers’ invoices from supplier on ebill template and submitted on AX system more than 2,000 transactions per month on due date.2. Checking suppliers’ bank information before sent to treasury payment.3. Check transaction and totally of the payment on system complete overall.4. Control appropriate collection from suppliers and estimating cost of payment and providing to treasury at Zurich.5. Running Rail Europe support to Hong Kong office.6. Running commission fee from web RBS/GBS/IBS pay to agent and record accounting support G/L.7. Contacting Suppliers and Other Offices for queries about payment.8. Getting training new system and helping AP supervisor for the implementation. 9. Filing and taking care of administrative & account document every end of the month.10. Estimating cost of payment and providing to AP supervisor. 11. Check correctness of project cost and relating expenses.12. Preparing and handing Account Payable.13. Record account payable and payment transactions.14. Take care petty cash /advance/allowance/settlement. 15. Other accounting and finance function as assign.
