I hold a position of Director at Office of the Council of State, responsible for leading the works on regulatory impact assessment and evaluation of law. In the past five years, I have made drafting contributions to Thailand's digital economy laws, namely, the Law on Digital Assets (Crypto Assets), Credit Information and Rating Law, Electronic Transaction Law, and Digital Platform Economy Law. I am currently leading works on regulatory policy development in cutting-edge areas including Artificial Intelligence and decentralized finance. To promote inter-governmental collaborations, I represent Thailand in regional and international fora, including the APEC and the OECD.I specialize in securities and exchange law, financial and banking regulation, and law and economics. During my doctoral program at Columbia Law School, I researched various topics such as capital market regulation, securities regulation, and corporate governance, as well as the legal implications of disruptive technologies.
