I hold a position of Director at Office of the Council of State, responsible for leading the works on regulatory impact assessment and evaluation of law. In the past five years, I have made drafting contributions to Thailand's digital economy laws, namely, the Law on Digital Assets (Crypto Assets), Credit Information and Rating Law, Electronic Transaction Law, and Digital Platform Economy Law. I am currently leading works on regulatory policy development in cutting-edge areas including Artificial Intelligence and decentralized finance. To promote inter-governmental collaborations, I represent Thailand in regional and international fora, including the APEC and the OECD.I specialize in securities and exchange law, financial and banking regulation, and law and economics. During my doctoral program at Columbia Law School, I researched various topics such as capital market regulation, securities regulation, and corporate governance, as well as the legal implications of disruptive technologies.

In addition, my team supports the drafting of the Initial Memorandum for Thailand as part of the OECD Accession Process.I have also been appointed to sit on the legal subcommittee on creative economy development and strategic subcommittee of Thailand's MICE industry promotion agency (TCEP), as well as the legislative drafting committees on digital asset (crypto asset) business law, electronic transaction law, and digital platform law of Thailand.
