The position of a visa and passport specialist is to provide accurate information pertaining to visa and passport requirements for 75% of Fortune 500 companies. Therefore, it is required that the visa and passport specialist maintain an understanding of the need for these documents and the procedures to secure them. Some of the responsibilities include the handling of the entire application process, beginning with identifying what travel documents are required and continuing through to the completion of the request, making sure the necessary materials are obtained from the traveler and submitted to the relevant issuing authority. This involves working with clients to meet realistic expectations, resolving any issues that arise and working with teammates to ensure a successful outcome is reached. In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities, the visa and passport specialist is also responsible for other ad hoc assignments or duties related to CIBT’s business, as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

A dental front desk employee is responsible for helping run the dentists' office. The employee is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling and canceling appointments and calling patients for appointment reminders. The dental front desk employee greets patients; has patients fill out paperwork, including insurance information; and collects payment at the time of the service. The front desk employee pulls files and dental records for the appointment, files paperwork from the most recent appointment and files the charts. The front desk employee may also be responsible for billing dental companies, billing patients and collecting outstanding debts.
