As Senior Legal Counsel, I:• Provided leadership with strategic counsel and independently drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a broad range of commercial agreements and related documents, including: MSA and SaaS agreements, SOWs and SLAs, vendor contracts and RFPs, commercial leases, IT and technology, IP, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, data protection, employment and consultancy agreements.• Championed change by leading on initiatives that advanced the delivery of in-house legal services.
