After reviewing the products, we measure windows and create a quote to address their needs and stay within their budget in order to allow the customer to make their decision the same day or as soon as possible.

My position with Ethan Allen allowed me to use a wide variety of materials and finishes while assisting clients achieve their desired aesthetic. It was always very rewarding to see the transformation of the space whether it be a pillow on the sofa to a whole room design. We initiate the design process by identifying inspiration, spacial needs, and materiality considerations that suit the client’s lifestyle. The process is continued by scheduling and executing house calls to measure and observe the existing conditions of the space. After analyzing the budget and compiling textiles and furnishings, I finalize the design to move it into production.

Lulu, a boutique interior design company, opened my professional playground to many local urban environments throughout the Twin Cities. My education and background gave me the tools to achieve design that linked Lulu's desired aesthetic with practicality, always keeping in mind city ordinance and the installation process. I was able to showcase my expertise in custom flooring design, wall murals, FF&E, and lighting as well as factoring in building and construction logistics. We then visualized and manifested the transformation of all surfaces by utilizing various materials, tailored by means of function and budget.

In my time at Stone Source, natural stone became quite a passion of mine due to its delicate, unforgiving nature. Organic material has the most dynamic, yet subtle effect; logistics of this precious material are quite complicated in regard to inventory utilization and demand. I worked with local designers and contractors to process and install pieces for each project to create harmonious spaces that catered to each client. Initiating effective planning, detecting faults, and researching sustainable solutions aided in creating a one of a kind aesthetic for each client.
