PVS Minibulk Inc. hired me in December 2009 as a Chemical Distributor Consultant in California, which was then a new market into which PVS wished to expand. Very shortly after hiring me, PVS determined that, for financial reasons completely unrelated to Ms Sanchez' performance for PVS, PVS would be unable to maintain my employment as originally contemplated.
