Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for FPO business strategy development, monitoring & Implementation of Annual Work Plan of all the Trusts promoted FPOs in Jharkhand- Responsible for establishment of JharVeer as a brand and mother platform for all the Tata Trusts promoted FPOs and micro enterprises in the state.- Nodal Person for the lac based handicraft project being carried out in collaboration with ONGC Foundation in Khunti, Jharkhand- Development of project grant pitch to potential donors & contract proposals for implementing partners - Idea incubations, research studies, training workshops around the FPO & entrepreneurship verticals- Identification & development of Micro Enterprise in a Box (MIB) business templates to strengthen the value chain service delivery mechanism of the FPCs- Support Clnl team in organizing workshops, stakeholders ‘consultations and policy dialogues around the FPO and entrepreneurships.Key Highlights:- Co-Managed a USD 2,50,000 Ford Foundation grant, successfully established 116 new agriculture based micro enterprises - Designed and won grant from ONGC Foundation to set up Lac based Handicraft Unit for tribal women folk in the Khunti district of Jharkhand- Co-developed funding proposal for Google Impact Challenge, currently in the final round of the challenge- Core team member for designing of phase 2 of CInI’s flagship program “Lakhpati Kisan” throughout all the operational states of CInI.- Two of the Trusts promoted FPC, MNSKPCL & CNUFPCL grossed the highest turnover amongst all the FPOs in Jharkhand in FY: 19-20 - MNSKPCL, adjudicated as the winner at the FPO Impact Awards’21 under the category- “Vijayalakshmi Das Friend of Women FPO” conducted by ACCESS in collaboration with RaboBank- CNUFPCL, adjudicated as the winner at the FPO Impact Awards’21 under the category- “FPO of the Year, Small” conducted by ACCESS in collaboration with RaboBank

The Central India Initiative, one of the flagship initiatives of Tata Trusts. It strives to bring households irreversibly out of poverty with increased life choices. To propel this mission, the Trusts launched the ‘Mission 2020 – Lakhpati Kisan: Smart Villages’ through CInI, a nodal agency of the Trusts. A Lakhpati Kisan is one who earns over Rs 100,000 p.a. The programme engages with 100,000 households in 45 districts across four states – Jharkhand, Odisha, Maharashtra and Gujarat. The objective was to bring irreversible change in the central Indian tribal belt through economic empowerment and improving the quality of life of tribal communities.Roles:- Responsible for Business Model Development, Monitoring & Implementation for 4 Farmer Producer Company (FPC) in Jharkhand with a member base of 10500 farmers- Designed Business Model & Financial Models for 7 FPCs with integrated Business Model Canvas, P&L, Cash Flow projections, Operational Plan etc. from scratch- Interfaced with Investors, Technology partners, Businesses and NGOs for ensuring smooth inter-partner & inter-departmental communication & project implementation- Conducted 4 state level quarterly FPO business management & leadership workshops for the BoDs, CEOs and Program Managers of 7 FPCs in FY 19-20- Conducted 392 hours of FPO business training workshop for the BoDs, CEOs & FPC team at the FPC level in a span of 6 months for 7 FPOs across Jharkhand- Responsible for identification & development of need based micro enterprise models for replication across Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat to support production activities of the shareholders.- Optimised existing polyhouse nursery, piggery & lac input supply micro businesses into standard templates called Micro Enterprise in a Box (MIB) with integrated model SOPs, production cycle, cash flow projection, P&L, selection criteria etc
