My primary responsibilities were to purify variants of proteins and nanobodies using ÄKTA Purifier and Tangential flow filtration with different columns like IMAC, HIC, IEX, SEC, and Omega cassettes of 300 kDa and 500 kDa. I also worked on tools for DNA sequence engineering and MS data analysis target genes.

This project was funded by Tubitak, which was primarily focused on the discovery of chemotherapeutics. My primary responsibilities were to perform experimental work and manage the project's progress. I found that polyether antibiotics produced by Actinomycetes can inhibit autophagy and induce apoptosis in cancer cells.
