Greetings!! I am Naseeb Khan from Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh), I am Post Graduate in Social Work (MSW), Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development (IGNOU) and Diploma in Public Health and Community Nutrition. I have 13 years experiences in development sector and working in Public Health since 2013.Currently I am working with implementation partner of Clinton Health Access Initiative (Clinton Foundation - CHAI) name Centre for Integrated Development, Gwalior (MP) Regional coordinator for Gwalior & Chambal region (Gwalior, Bhind, Morena and Sheopur) since 2015 under project "Reducing Malnutrition and Anemia in MP". "Reducing Malnutrition and Anemia in MP" is a capacity building, stock management and infrastructure improvement program in which providing supportive supervise a team of nine project coordinators in 4 district (Gwalior, Bhind, Morena and Sheopur) of Gwalior Chambal region and implementation of activities with the WCD, health and Education departments.Providing assistance to generate IFA procurement to district drug store. Enhancing chain supply of IFA from district to blocks. Generating demand to GAKs, Schools and AWCs for IFA trough facility visit by project coordinators.Providing technical support to various programs and campaigns at district and block level such as DASTAK Abhiyan, Poshan Abhiyan and World Breast Feeding Week etc. Provide training to ASHA workers and AWWs at sector level.Organize training for WCD supervisors, ASHA Sahayogi and ANMs on Anemia reduction, Nutrition, NIPI & WIFS, WASH activities, IYCF and stock management of IFAs at block level.2015 to 2016 I was work in Diarrhea control program which was successfully completed in June 2016. The primary objective of the program was capacity building and stock management. I had provided supportive supervision to district coordinators in 4 districts, provided training too ASHA workers and AWWs during the meeting and training and managed stock of ORS & Zinc in different stores from district to CHC, PHC and SHC.I had worked with Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) as District Coordinator under project Asxhya in for Gwalior and Guna districts of Madhya Pradesh from 2013 to 2015.
