As a consultant in the National Diversity Council Consultant Network, I help organizations improve their DEIB practices. I offer expert advice, develop tailored DEIB programs, and provide training to create inclusive workplaces. Additionally, I use my skills in multicultural marketing to better understand diverse markets and apply analytics to measure the impact of DEIB efforts. This combined approach helps companies build diverse, fair, and successful environments.

 Provided guidance to executive board on developing new content, investments in technology and communication tools to drive revenue growth for fiscal sustainability. Established short- and long-term marketing strategies to build brand equity that led to increased awareness domestically and more globally. Responsibility for brand marketing, membership growth, fundraising, strategic partnerships, data analytics, programs production, and process improvements.  Substantially improved brand awareness, and constituent engagement to drive double-digit growth in donation levels. Led organization’s first-ever online fundraising campaign that eclipsed goal by 230%.

Taught conversational business English to college students and working adults in individual and group settings. Developed courses, set short- and long-term goals tailored to suit the needs of each student. Adapted teaching practices, and modified instruction and curriculum to be culturally responsive.

 Research financial markets and recommend the appropriate products and services tailored to meet client needs.  Provided complete financial planning consultation with quarterly reviews and made modifications based on shifts in financial markets and changes to clients’ goals. Duties included conducting cash-flow analysis, retirement planning, investment management, insurance, tax planning, and estate planning for client base. Provided continuing education in basics of family philanthropy and legacy building. Consultation included designing family mission statements and building mission-relevant financial portfolios to high-net-worth clients.

 Spearheaded company’s Hispanic marketing initiative. Authored three-year strategic plan. Branded and launched B2B & B2C advertising sales programs to reach consumers in Hispanic markets nationally. Developed prospecting and competitive intelligence gathering tools.  Led a team of seven managers and creative team to provide marketing, training workshops, client presentations, and data analytics support for nine regional leadership and sales teams. Designed Hispanic consumer research study and presented findings at key marketing and advertising conferences. Provided sales training and target marketing workshops to sales team of 750 across the U.S.
