- Preparation of nationwide administrative CAPEX and OPEX budget. - Policy compliance, developing agile processes and monthly review of critical indicators.- Financial reconciliation and reporting of the same to senior management. - Managing company transport and pooling of vehicles.- Responsible for legal matters related to CDA, RDA, and PDA.- Hospitality management, Horticulture, Expats Guest Houses, Dispensary, Facility Management, Health and Environment, Security / Safety etc as well as handling all the Support Staff and their contracts.- Responsible for land acquisition and renovation as per respective departments’ requirement.- Responsible for having strong interdepartmental relations i.e. Procurement, Legal, Finance, Human Resource, PMO, Engineering, and Customer Services departments. - Complete Renovation from Initiation Phase to Closure (using Project Management Methodology)- End to end participation in Vendor bidding Process, strong vendor dealings and evaluations, Vendor contract management before Project execution. - Responsible for nationwide franchise renovation ensuring quality of work- Monthly KPI Analysis and Reporting of admin staff.- Performance appraisal of all Administrative staff (Quarterly and Annually)- Ensuring timely completion of all the projects as per approved travelling plan, boarding and lodging of our staff on official region visit. - Procuring new vehicles and hiring rental vehicles as per company’s requirement.- Designing and Implementation of Inventory Management System(IMS) and Vehicle Management systems(VMS) along with mobile application for customer ease.- E2E monitoring and evaluation of Admin Customer service index to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction level.- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
