1. Plan and undertake assessments/surveys (including report write-up) to capture required information/data to inform project.2. To coordinate and facilitate community meetings of officials from PARWEST PACIFIC and other organizations during their field visits.3. Responsible for identification, verification of NOC of Herrenknecht personnel and security measurements4. Comply with the requirements of Herrenknecht AG’s Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for their personnel .5. Financial controller ,caretaker of containers and all type of stock.6. Perform protocol duties ,plan and organize Herrenknecht and H+E personnel’s visiting schedule.7.To provide logistic support services to the projects on site NJHP-TBM.8.To plan and ensure safety and security of all expats on job site.9.Development and implementation of company policies and SOP's.

1. Raise awareness about environmental friendly behaviors, water conservation and environmental sanitation issues among teachers, school children and their parents;2. Develop children as environmental behavioral change agents in targeted schools;3. Inculcate values for better water and environmental sanitation management through practical lessons and by encouraging collaborative activities;4. Develop contextually and culturally appropriate Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials; and5. To build up the capacities of teachers in Urdu medium schools to deliver environmental education as a co-curricular part of the syllabus.6. Activities in the project are:7. Creating a conducive environment for school water, environmental sanitation and environment education8. Conducting effective facilitation skills and technical training workshops for the master trainers of the selected schools;9. Establishment and institutionalization of Environment Clubs in selected schools.10. Developing teaching and training materials11. Training of teachers/trainers at local level on use of materials developed by project and existing training material developed by other organizations.12. Conducting events, exposure visits, extracurricular activities to promote environment education in schools13. Physical improvement of water and sanitation facilities in the selected schools14. Backstopping the project activities of all the members, and documenting their results and impacts for wider demonstration;15. Organizing events at World Water Day, Earth Day, Habitat day, Hand Washing day and Environment Day in selected cities and schools.

1. Distribute, display and explain the information products to the community and other stakeholders in accordance with ERRA policy.2. Coordinate and communicate with people living in hilly and hard areas especially in urgent situations.3. Collect ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ and report to Communication Officer.4. Provide support and work as an active member of LVU/ GRC in the implementation of Virtually Land less Project.5. Generate field activities’ reports regularly.6. Perform any other task as assigned by the Programme Manager.
