Also implemented innovative Online Oil Health monitoring based on Artifcial Intelligence and Machine learning that improved machinery reliability and increased Uptime performance of critical machines.Resolved numerous long term lubrication reliability problems for plant assets.Developed in-house a 'simple to use' automated performance monitoring tool for turbine performance degradation. Conducted workshop on "How to Proactively Deal with Turbines Performance Degradation” using a "Simple" Condition Based Maintenance technique. Optimized Critical spares for Solar Turbine driven compressors by building RAM model using historical demand rates, interchangeability and replenishment time. Maintenance Resources optimization for 3 gas plants within 200 Km diameter distance using RAM model to identify the Maintenance crew location for optimized production. In-house model update for a Gas plant identified opportunity for 2 million USD potential capex saving through sensitivity analysis.*Accomplished Lube rationalization for new project achieving 20% reduction in lubricant cost and optimizing the stock levels, developed Lubricant Management Strategy, implemented Lube Best practices (handling, storage and dispensing), developed in-house Lube oil analysis capability, installed correct Oil sampling valves for Compressors and turbines, conducted numerous trainings on oil analysis and lubricant best practices.
