On a part-time basis, I work as an IT analyst within the University of Birmingham IT Services department. This role involves identifying, troubleshooting and/or collaborating with relevant team IT on issues as simple as software licensing to complex infrastructural threats.

Hired as a tutor and mentor by the University to offer pastoral and academic support to MSc and UG students. Mentorship also includes career guidance and counselling mainly to international students. In addition, I assist students to identify, set and achieve their goals during their time in the University.

On a part-time basis, I provide training and conduct the Occupational English Test (OET) speaking format assessments.

I was part of the Arcola Energy engineering team that consised of dynamic and experienced engineers with the focus of providing solutions to critical problems. Under supervision, I worked on electrical design of fuel cell systems, safety tests and standards & regulations. This included preparing electrical wiring diagrams of integrated fuel cell systems, balance of plant as well as contributing to the technical files. In addition to this, the role also included hands-on build and in-house testing of systems using bespoke in-house developed Software packages. Also, an in-depth knowledge of Controller Area Network (CAN) communication using relevant Software interface packages is being achieved.
