In my role as a team leader overseeing 15 employees, I accomplished the following key achievements:Collaborated with production managers to develop daily production plans, working closely with the management team to ensure target delivery and devise innovative solutions for maximising sales and enhancing client satisfaction.Successfully devised a groundbreaking solution to mitigate technology-related cost challenges. By creating a custom curve tool in Adobe Photoshop, we eliminated the need for an expensive software license, ensuring high-quality production outcomes.Managed client relationships by efficiently prioritizing and coordinating orders, promptly addressing any issues as they arose.
