My Responsibilities include:- Lead the development and implementation of HR systems, quality assurance & standards, risk management activities and policy & procedures.- Evaluate and benchmark C&B for current and future employees and positions internally and through external resources. - Development of Job descriptions, families, grading system and other related activities.- Lead and facilitate development workshops and meetings. - Lead the activities of internal/external surveys, research and analyze data to produce multi-purposes reports.- Developing and implementing the performance measurements/evaluation frameworks including performance reporting and KPI's - Build and implement career path and succession planning system and framework.- Design fresh graduate development programs.- Ensure PDP's are completed in full and managed as part of PMS system.

My Responsibilities include:- Populating talent pool & coordinate assessment exams.- Conducting initial and final interviews.- Recruiting, screening & selecting for Engineering, Information Technology & Safety & Security and Administrative positions offered by all business unites across the organization.- Processing & Communicating On boarding activities, reference checking, documents authentication and related activities.- Reporting and analyzing the activities through the process cycle to identify areas of improvement.
