# Key Responsibilities:* Team Leader for leading the technical IN/VAS team for Grameenphone (GP) (Telenor Affiliate), Orascom Telecom Bangaldesh Ltd (Baglalink), Teletalk, Warid, Axiata Bangladesh and other New Business and Enterprise projects.* Lead the technical and commercial work during tenders/bidding (RFP, RFQ) like preparation of Statement of Compliances (SOC), Quotation, Technical proposal and other solution documents. Participate effectively in commercial, technical and contract negotiations for sales projects.* Planning, Designing, Delivering and Introducing BSS, OSS, VAS and Enterprise new products and services to the customers in accordance to the business need. * Conduct Technical Product Presentations, Interactive workshops and service offer to develop and maintain a strong business relationship with the Customer and secure future. * Provide TCO/TVO based technical, competence development solutions to customers to reduce their CAPEX and OPEX. * Carryout technical and commercial negotiations with customer’s high management and CXO level.* Create and expand sales opportunities – opening up new opportunities for Huawei through new products and solutions. Enhance Huawei brand image.* Achieving stretched sales target within a given timeline.* Identifying, driving and securing business opportunities.* Participate in various cross-functional projects. Prepare project scope of work, the deliverables and the schedule with the help of TSD. Monitor end to end project delivery. Coordination with internal teams to ensure projects delivers on time.* In charge of overall project delivery, ensure that the project is completed with agreed milestones like UAT, PAC, and FAC. * Enhance customer relations.

Provided level 2 support to the MSD engineers during the maintenance period.Carried out software commissioning, testing, and integration with Huawei MSC and other vendor’s like Siemens MSC, HLR & IN, and Logica SMSC. OTB (Banglalink) RBT project was selected as the best project by OTB HQ among all other Huawei projects for it smooth implementation and maintenance.Worked with SQL Server 2000, Oracle, UNIX (IBM AIX), Windows XP/2000 Pro/ME/98, Windows 2000 Advance Server, Industrial Computer Advantech VP servers, Load balance F5-BIGIP, Eudemon and Juniper Firewal, Router, Switch, IBM & HP PC servers and Minicomputers, Veritas Cluster Manager
