Lead local automation engineer the washing machine and refrigerator plant to implement global standard into existing equipment or new machines from shop floor level to MES level to meet Global standard and improvement machine function and operation for IIOT system that is global digital transformation plan. That will help plant to reduced machine downtime, reduce quality issues then business team can quick responds to find out the root cause and prevent same issues reoccurred. As well the proactive to create a predictive maintenance or quality trend to monitoring a critical parameter is out of range. Coordinate Global team about issue and explain local team about new standard before deploying to factory and advise them how to maintenance the system.

- Perform feasibility studies for the implementation of new products or new program, controls technical and comply GM power train standard.- Conduct the development of the controls system including manufacturing plan, required documents, process, testing and inspection.- Coordinate and work closely with suppliers for approving the controls and electrical system.- Attend any follow up meetings with cross functional team and global controls team.- Revise programming machines and/or controls processes (Siemens PLC S7 200 ,300)of machine production to meet customer requirement. - Provide controls engineering supervision to machine control processes to meet and comply GM technical and audit standards.- Provide technical assistance to the production related issues (e.g. Commissioning ,Manufacturing or inspection).- Support Engineering team and Production in achieving the performance/productivity metrics.- Provide sufficient and proper training to engineering controls team or cross functional team which is able to increase people knowledge for efficiently working

I was started with Machine Control Engineer in 2 year and got promoted to Assistant Maintenance Manager.My Responsibility; - Lead maintenance team to set up maintenance activity and procedure about EM, CM,PM, PDM, MTTR, and MTBF.- Lead maintenance activity for weekend and annual plan.- Lead Engineer and maintenance team member for CAPAX project and Continuous Improvement Project.- Control maintenance budget to meet monthly target and send forecast to finance department a new year budget. - Preparing and sent Sr. Maintenance Manager a CAPEX proposal and backup information and presented with manufacturing staff before send proposal to GM Global Team to get approve.- Coordinate maintenance team to work with local and international supplier for solve machine problems, machine improvement, and annual calibration. - On call support maintenance team for technical and process about machine when they have urgent and breakdown. - Ensure spare part and critical spare part for support team and coordinated with warehouse team to follow-up critical spare by weekly.- Coordinate maintenance team with cross functional and supplier to achieve maintenance activity or plant shutdown. - Drive and update World Class Maintenance that shall be comply GM standard and also implemented CMMS in Maximo system with tracking 9 KPI and follow-up an activity. - Worked with engineering team when they have a new project or machine improvement. - Lead Engineering team to contact directly with OEM for solving problems when machine break down or called OEM emergency to get solution and potential root cause.- Sharing maintenance activity about saving spare part budget 10M baht / Year, Part refurbishment ,and good idea for reduced machine downtime to global team.- Prepare maintenance monthly report for Sr. Maintenance Manager about all KIP.
