In December 2011, I quit my six-figure investment banking career in the City of London, feeling a lack of purpose and energy. If a company is valued at a billion Euros but the people are unhappy and unhealthy and the society is being damaged in the process of growing - is that really success? I believe not. Success must include the wellbeing of teams, value to society and profitability.
