Operate industrial power equipment. Restock and replenish as appropriate. Perform general maintenance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Fill in for other positions as needed. Perform general warehouse/production/cooler service duties.Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. Sustains quality service by following organization standards.Keeps up safe and clean work environment and complying with all OSHA and company safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements & arranging for any needed repairs.

Ensure Coating lab is delivering the highest-quality products and services to its customers, while maintaining favorable manufacturing costs.Develop and continuously improve the manufacturing and manufacturing support processes to optimize performance.Provide leadership that fosters teamwork, employee respect, empowerment and open communication. Develop and implement practices and policies that improve employee development, training and performance. Ensure company wage structures are implemented.Develop and maintain knowledge of the market and customer base, and develop ways to share this knowledge in the manufacturing operation in ways that increases all employees’ customer focus.Manage to operational budgets in the areas of labor, laboratory supplies and materials.Manage or participate in key projects throughout the manufacturing operations.Determine manpower needs in each area to meet schedule requirements, and schedule employee vacation & temporary labor to sustain production to required levels. Maintain continual checks of periodic maintenance records to ensure schedules are followed.
