As the Associate Vice President for Unitek College, I bring nearly 20 years of combined experience in community outreach, staffing and job placement in both the Recruiting and Higher Education industries. My personal mission is to ensure the Career Services teams at every campus have the support and tools needed to help every student achieve their career goals through encouragement, integrity, excellence, compassion, and student empowerment. I strive to create a results-driven environment through excellence in operational and administrative management that positively impacts organizational and graduate outcomes with a focus on long and short term community engagement and student development in addition to process enhancements, training and project management as demonstrated through sound judgment, adaptability and commitment to operational excellence though accountability, integrity, transparency and quality. In the every changing scope of state and federal regulations for vocational education institutions, it is integral to the success of Career Services teams to operate in an environment of transparency and fanatical student, graduate and employer support in an effort to help our students become gainfully employed and start their new careers.
