Contract documentation, product procurement, and document control, helping to refine a pre-designed control document designed by another member of staff, and suggesting the distribution of it's use as a tool to keep track of all communication between client, contractor and all consultants. Keeping track of dates in, dates out and current progress of all RFI's, NTC's, AI's and contract documentation, aiding all internal consultants with informed news of progress and to ease communication between all parties and quantify targets and goals.• Procurement and Bid documentation including NZFS Henderson Fire Station Auckland and, Paeroa Library, and a leading role in setting up the bid documentation for this successful application to Hauraki Council.• The auditing of architectural projects.• I was made redundant at the end of January 2015 and have now settled my family in the Bay of Plenty.

After graduation as a Graduate Architect in Australia, I secured work as a Revit Technician getting introductory experience of NZ Building Code and documentation for Consent purposes, Local Authority Plans and NZS 3604:2011. I documented and detailed work on the University of Auckland, Newmarket Research Building (22490m2) and Terraces Project in Christchurch (3,600m2). I left Jasmax by choice for family reasons in order to find work in or near the Bay of Plenty.

This was a company that used my prior experience to the max.My duties consisted of: tilt-up concrete design and drafting co-ordination. Contract Administration including RFI, VPR and VOR resolution and contract value calculation. Design review and checking of structural requirements. On site production and QA monitoring of pre-cast panel construction including, site meetings and project issue resolution. Interiors specification and schedules, design development, construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.Projects included:Mixed use and Office Development, Helensvale ($28,000,000)Design development and contract documentation of Government, mixed-use, commercial and private constructions.I left Neylan Architecture with much regret due to a decline in business in Brisbane at the outset of the GFC.
