Accomplishments Constructing a green field project to manufacture Medium Density Fiber board “MDF” in Egypt, the project is joint venture between Egypt Kuwait Holding “EKH” and Homman group in Germany “Humann Holzwerkstoffe” Capex of 135M$ Responsible for the startup for three different green Field entities as to serve the production of Medium Density Fiber board “MDF” two are responsible for raw material needed, Nile waste company and ECO for agriculture, third is NileWood plant. Choosing the best machinery needed for chipping process and collecting tools in Nile waste. Follow up the progress in Nile wood Plant, ensuring coordination between consultant, contractor and machinery suppliers  Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention. Budgeting process for headcount, training, machinery and land acquisition. Write and submit reports to shareholders in all matters of importance, rising suggested solutions in the different areas and CAPEX update. Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability.

 Legal responsibility for Franke entity in Egypt  Responsible for the performance, profit and loss, compliance, people management and communication of the business Budgeting process and MIS reporting on monthly basis. Involved in the recruitment and mentoring of new staff. New Product Introduction in Egypt from other Franke companies.  Preside over monthly meetings between sales and operations for resolution of business issues. Product gap analysis and market study for better penetration and market positioning. Final approval for our pricing and margins targets per product group based on monthly variance analysis
