• Engage with community partners in Stark County’s talent and workforce development system• Facilitate and support the implementation of community-led initiatives with key stakeholders to identify vital learnings within Stark’s workforce system• Analyze and research business data to identify local, regional, and national trends around workforce development• Support diverse organizations and leaders from multiple sectors• Prepare reports on progress and outcomes from the overall Career Connect program • Foster numerous partnerships with the business community to collaborate around workforce opportunities

• Manage, facilitate, and coordinate all aspects of the MORTAR at Bounce program• Manage and administer entire application, review, and selection process for MORTAR program• Maintain excellent records of client deliverables, program timelines, Pitch night plans, and other relevant program documents• Network and manage a robust list of mentors from the ecosystem• Serve as the face and voice of MORTAR at Bounce within the Bounce team and outward• Measure the effectiveness of the program and manage six facilitators• Build and maintain positive and effective relationships with program participants, guest speakers, mentors, and other network stakeholders• Develop a marketing program with the team to find creative ways to reach new entrepreneurs and engage the community
