    Developed a study of adolescent disease burden in El Salvador and then estimated teenage pregnancy factors for Honduras and Dominican Republic. With the results estimate economic impacts of teen pregnancy across countries. The first statistical analysis was made using GBD database and then the estimations of the factors for teenage pregnancy, the DHS survey was used. I developed a GLMM model for DHS surveys used to identify factors for teen pregnancy in Honduras and the Dominican Republic.

    My role at the team was to develop a database for NTDs for all SSA. The database contained estimates of the cost gap of medicine delivery between people that need to be treated and people with treatment, basic health profile of the country, population, NTD status and costing estimates. This database was the standardized input to develop 46 knowledge briefs for SSA countries to be shared across the WB environment and country task teams to push for advocacy for NTDs.
