I was in charge of collecting, recording, and organizing data about the farm's (Aguacates El Paraiso) daily procedures. Information required to be yearly evaluated by an auditor which would examine whether our practices fell into the GAP margins, and therefore granting us the certificate which would allow us to export the fruit (avocados) to Europe.
