Senior Bot Controller
Current- Ensure early detection and reporting of potential issues with automated processes, regularly review and manage escalations of issues to services and create MI report and dashboards around key Performance indicators
- Effective Monitoring, management, maintenance and control of automations including scheduling and triggering of BOTS as appropriate
- Review and manage escalation of issues to service now, engage / liaise with COE to resolve any software specific issues or upgrades
- Support the deployment of the automation of code into the production environment for new releases and for incidents and change request resolutions
- Minimize unexpected disruptions by communicating scheduled updates to effected users throughout the incident management and change process
- Monitor work queues to identify completed and exception items, and performing research, investigation, and resolution to facilitate automation of business processes
