As a design student, I have had to develop and practice many of the skills that are required to excel in many roles throughout the web, animation, and game development industries. In my educational career I have taken courses pertaining to video game design, web development, animation, computer programming and graphic design. In these, I have developed skills such as the ability to work in a team environment, analyse a problem using logic and critical thinking, and to view designs from the user's perspective. In addition to these skills I learned to use a large array of computer programs and languages, ranging from the Adobe Suite to C++, Actionscript and HTML. Along with education, when working within my neighbourhood I developed skills allowing me to structure my time and maximize the work I can do.
