- Responsible for Hospitality Projects implementation of Opera PMS system, with main hotel chains in the Region: Marriott, Accor, Wyndham, Hyatt, Rosewood, Kerzner, Hard Rock, Meliá, Fairmont and the Local ones such as Grupo Brisas, Camino Real, Emporio, Palace Resorts and a wide band of INDIE Hotels. - Good functional understanding of the implementation process of the wide range of Hospitality system products such as Opera PMS, Sales and Catering, Interfaces, Vacation Ownership OVOS, Reservation System ORS in both on premise and Cloud solutions. - Directly responsible of using Oracle Hospitality products, services and solutions in order to build and maintain high level customer relations. - Responsible for the day to day Management of services projects and the support of qualified sales opportunities. - Hands-on experience in managing various levels of complex projects in dynamic client environments. - Experience dealing with a number of divisional and Global initiatives to improve both Consulting LAD and global margin. - Responsible for complying monthly and annual Revenue, Financial Goals and Business Unit objectives for LAD Region. - Focus of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in using products, services and solutions to build and maintain high level relationship with customers. - Skills in identify, stablish and maintain business relationship with customers based on the market they are focused and industry dynamics - Know how to identify success factors and performance indicators in projects.

- Quantifying the planning and execution process for Hospitality – Hotel Project implementations Lead the Opera specialists/consultants team for projects execution.- Project planning with the customer for new system implementations, Software upgrades, Brand conventions, HW refresh, etc.- Identify recurring problems, complete diagnosis and provide potential solutions to our customers.- Identify customer needs in order to suggest them solutions, that will derive in sw, hw or services - Supporting the Sales department designing solutions focused on the customer's needs

- Project Analysis in terms of progress percentage, in order to accomplish the derivable project dates.- Conciliation of project progress with the customer, so clients be able to generate the corresponding Purchase Orders.- Coordinate with the Project Managers the invoicing and collection process.- Following up on the Billing process for a timely collection- Collection Forecast for Top Management Team, based on project progresses- Development in the Management and Financial Areas, for a necessary for an acceptable projects control, as well as been a link between both departments.- Fully understand the meaning of an effective communication during the coordination of the different corporate levels to jointly achieve common objectives.
