First point of contact for any P1/P2/Outages.• Assist to monitor on alerts related to agent status, connectivity, backup, memory, cpu usage, disk usage, fan temperature status and few others.• Assist with completing client monthly report. To check if there is any health issue within the server and perform change if required. • Assist manager to complete few adhoc tasks that normally assigned during night shift and on weekend.• Tools and application that been used: Ncentral, Autotask, Cyberoam, Vsphere, iLO, SAN Storage, Citrix, Veeam Backup, Shadow Protect, VmWare and Active Directory.• Performed patching for servers and reboot servers for optimization.Server Backup • Troubleshoot backup issue for ShadowProtect, StorageCraft, Windows Backup and Veeam• Communicate with vendor for tape replacement or any backup storage issue. • Coordinate with customer to ensure tape inserted correctly and server is running for the backup.ESXi/Vsphere • Troubleshoot any issue related to VM connectivity, restarting VM and performance issue. • Creating new VM, allocating VMs and few task related. • Monitor on the health status/usage and also the temperature. Email Security• Troubleshoot issue on technologies such as Mimecast, Barracuda and O365• Create rule to allow/permit/block emails as requested by client.MS O365/Azure AD/Cloud/On-Prem • Create/Edit/Delete user account and security groups.• Monitor and troubleshooting on server hosted in azure groups.• Set rules, conditional access, security access in Azure AD.• Assist to monitor the AD sync, AD health related issue.Network Infrastructure• Work and troubleshoot issue on these technologies (Sophos, Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco, DNS, DHCP and Firewall)• Perform connectivity health check, firewall rule and primary link.• Coordinate with vendor/telco for any outages.• Perform triage for any network outages.• Assist client with the VPN setup, restrictions and connectivity.• Completing request for clients such as assigning user extension, Jabber extension and access.• Monitor the alert for AP, Switch, Port, Core devices, Primary link, 4g, Interference, Interface and traffic
