Coordinated an integrated child centred development for 2500 children with the city’s slums aimed and championing and protecting their rights that included provision of a lunch time feeding programme, health care support by establishing linkages with health facilities to treat them and be paid for later, supplying education packs as well as awareness creation to enhance primary care. Also built 400 houses to improve living conditions where children come from and provided business start-up capital and capacity building to 1200 mothers to the children in the programme to strengthen their economic capability for the sake of the children and themselves.
