Kimberly's extensive Legal and Corporate backgrounds give her a competitive edge for sellers and buyers in all price ranges. Kimberly serves the urban core communities such as Richland-West End, Sylvan Park, Belle Meade, West Meade, 12South, East Nashville and Crieve Hall, as well as the outlying communities of Bellevue, Brentwood and Franklin.Kim began her corporate legal career with the Los Angeles Corporate Law firm of Latham and Watkins as a text editor in the early 80s. Kimberly then moved to Nashville in 1987 to become Bass Berry & Sims' Word Processing Manager, successfully revamping the law firm's operation. Kimberly was recruited by EQUICOR (later CIGNA Healthcare), because of her legal experience, to join the newly-formed Contracting Department in 1991, where she helped to establish the nation-wide provider contracts and contracting standards that would stand in place for CIGNA Healthcare through the years. Kimberly owned property in Sylvan Park from 1991 thru 2007, where she was actively involved in the Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association ("SPNA") as SPNA Vice President, SPNA Committee Member, SPNA Newsletter Editor, SPNA Home Tour Chair, NOAC Chair, Neighborhood Watch Captain, and Releaf Nashville Coordinator. Kim currently resides on the Nashville's west side, close to her beloved Edwin and Percy Warner Parks, as well as the Harpeth River. Kimberly has previously served as Vice President, Board of Directors, of the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute. She currently is a Trustee with the Bellevue Community Foundation.
