- Supervise and manage a team of audio transcribers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards- Conduct quality checks on completed transcripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement

- Maintain a high level of accuracy in transcribing dialogue, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation- Working on more than 100 audio files per day
