Leading the Connectors development in Cisco Vulnerability Management(Formally Kenna Security)

 Lead a project for automating Human Capital Talent dashboard, Sales dashboard and Product Ops dashboard creation process; interviewed Directors, HR Business Partners and Managers across the globe and identified the list of 15 primary set of metrics and 8 secondary set of metric to proceed with development. Developed a dashboard environment in Oracle Business Intelligent (OBIEE) for automating the dashboard process by collaborating with Business Intelligence Team, Information Systems team and HR Systems Professionals team; improved the efficiency of process by decreasing the duration of process from 5 days to 3 - mouse clicks. Prepared a training manual document as well as video tutorial for operating the dashboard environment and conducted training sessions for Directors, HR Business Partners and Managers across United States and other Geographically remote countries, virtually; presented the deliverable to CEO and other Business leaders of NetApp, Inc.
