Roles and responsibilities includes• Technical support in collaboration with sub-county Health Management Team during quarterly supportive supervision • Develop Medair outreach data collection tool, monthly IYCF/MIYCN summary reporting tools and ToR (Terms of Reference) for the health workers • Provide on job training of nutrition staff to ensure quality of nutrition activities is in line with standard international guidelines and Kenya IMAM guidelines.• Co-ordinate mobilization of the community prior to outreaches to ensure maximum turn up of target beneficiaries and promote community ownership of the program.• Provide technical support during cBFCI training of CHVs and MoH community Health strategy reporting tools at tier 1.• Develop weekly, monthly sitreps and quaterly interim nutrition reports• Develop project budget and update as need be• Prepare outreach payments to health workers and community Health Volunteers.• Support and guide health worker to uphold infection prevention measures according to COVID-19 protocol• Participate in Nutrition coordination forums and weekly program update meetings.• Support primary health facilities in quality stock management i.e. prepare stock requests for medicines and nutrition supplies and ensure appropriate stocks are available at all times for patient caseload• Support coordination of WASH activities in facility and outreach sites

Roles and responsibilities includes;• Provide technical support to MoH on delivery of High Impact Nutrition intervention components at health facilities and outreach sites.• Assist the Program Manager to provide technical support to partners in the implementation of the project. • Work with partners to implement quarterly work plans as agreed.• Ensure program quality control through implementation of monthly and quarterly M&E• Closely monitor the nutrition situation in the program area.• Support facilities and community units with technical assistance to implement a sustainable social and behavior change (SBC) approach using BFCI model for advocacy.• While working with SCNO and SCCHSFP to strengthen active linkage and referral mechanisms between rural facilities and the community to ensure increased uptake of health seeking behaviors and quality service delivery.• Provide technical support in BFCI documentation and co-ordinate timely submission of quality report to SCHRIO for NICHE MIS system updates.• Support with operationalizing of community Units and community mobilization activities; plan trainings, routinely engage Community Health Volunteers and Community Health Assistants, Support with documentation of the program implementation process to generate lesson learning as well as case studies.• Participate in coordination of partners and data collection for KAP, SMART and coverage surveys to assess the nutrition situation of the target population; writing of monthly/quarterly reports, contribute to donor reports as well as weekly briefs.

Roles and responsibilities includes • Conduct MIYCN refresher trainings among Mother-to-mother support groups across Laisamis, Saku and Northhorr sub counties.• Support evaluation of conducted Focused Group Discussions (FGD) and individual household tool(IHT).• data collection on nutritious seasonal wild fruits and vegetables in Marsabit.• Create awareness on nutritional value of wild foods among Mother-to-mother support groups to promote its consumption.

Roles and responsibilities includes; • Lead KAP survey exercise in Saku and Moyale sub-counties.• Co-ordinate Rapid Health Facility assessment at sub-county level.• Participate in Nutrition Technical forums and Facility Data reviews at sub-county level.• Oversee and co-ordinate BFCI and IMAM SURGE implementation.• Participate in donor program monitoring visits.• Logistics planning and co-ordination of redistribution of nutrition commodities and drugs among facilities• Generate weekly/bimonthly/monthly/ quarterly updates and donor reports. • Together with MOH and other partners involved in delivery of nutrition services in the Sub-County, conduct joint support supervision visits.

Roles and responsibilities.• Attending county/sub county Nutrition technical forums and steering Group co-ordination meetings.• Lead training of healthcare workers and management team on of HCWs on MIYCN, IYCF, CMAM emergency response and Agri-nutrition.• Develop concepts, guidelines, manuals and procedures used in implementation. This includes actively participating in MIYCN contextualization.• Conduct continuous monitoring of project activities in close collaboration of MEAL team.• Prepare report inputs and other relevant documents and submit to Head of program on a monthly basis e.g. Monthly internal report and Bi-annual report and updating IPTT database.• Support developing proposals, budgets and implementation plan.• Coordinating SMART and KAP surveys.• Support research and provide technical advice on project implementation to project stakeholders e.g. Natural Resource Management and Foraging where adequate nutrition knowledge of traditional vegetables and wild fruits was of important essence.
