Currently I am working as Co-Founder & Executive Director at ClimateCare for Sustainable Development (CSD) & Aristos Solution. Previously I worked with PEB Steel Alliance Ltd, Social Sector Management Foundation and ARCED Foundation. I have been completed my Professional Masters in Development Studies (PMDS) from Jagannath University and completed my MSS and BSS (honors) in Political Science from the University of Chittagong. I completed a training course on the heading Disaster Risk and Disaster Risk Reduction Management; Organized by Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, Dhaka, at 2015, Sponsored by Comprehensive Disaster Management Program (CDMP – II), Associate by UK Aid, UNDP, Australian Aid, European Union, Norwegian Embassy and Sweden aid. Also, I achieved a certificate from The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Extramural Research in the web-based training course on "Protecting Human Research Participants". In my professional way, I closely worked with different kinds of National & International Govt. & Non-Govt. Organization like -AMC, DGHS, United Purpose, ILO, IRW|B, BDRCS, Swisscontact, Oxfam, BLAST, CED- BRAC, FPAB, Plan International and I have the capacity to do analytical work by using latest tools like – RCT, ODK based data collection, etc.
