Project Engineer (PaCT):• Implement Cleaner Production practices in textile industries of Bangladesh through Production Process Analysis, Waste minimization, Resource & Energy Assessment to the factory. • Textile factory assessment along with international experts. Optimize the production processes for better efficiency. • Monitor, track and quantify improvements of factories after implementation of recommendations over the project period. He was honored with the highest UN- Environmental Award, the Champion of the Earth, for the year 2008. He was also a lead author of the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report, which received Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.

• Extensive market level research under international experts from Bangladesh, India and Austria.• Conduct and participate in business meetings with representatives of various organizations in Bangladesh.• Prepare and present special technical presentations on Energy savings, Waste minimization, Consultancy scope etc.• Clarify special technical queries on Resource Efficiency, Energy, Production process optimization, etc.• Represent overall technical aspects of SUSTENT in meetings and discussions.• Energy audit, Factory visit, Report analysis, etc. (If necessary)

• Implement Resource Efficient Cleaner Production (RECP) approach in more than 55 industries through Production Process Analysis, Resource & Energy Assessment to the factory. .• Supported project operations and ensured successful project implementation in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.• Simultaneously, worked with international teams of Europe and South Asia. Such as Adelphi (Germany), NCPC (Sri Lanka), SEED (Nepal), STENAUM Asia (India), Austria Recycling (Austria), etc.• Provide improved load balance suggestion from distribution panel for various factories according to machinery load diagram. • Resource and waste management through Material Flow Analysis, improve process efficiency, etc. Implementation of 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) for waste and resource management. • Measure efficiency of Boiler, Furnace, Compressor, motors, etc. (Heat loss, Fuel loss etc.) • Establish and maintain regular contacts with various Govt. and non-Govt. organizations/stakeholders /associations i.e. SREDA, Power Cell, etc.• Maintain smooth coordination with International Experts and local team members.• Providing RECP training and maintenance workshop to various companies.• Carried out researches under international technical experts for relevant technology to improve energy and process efficiency in factories.• Monitor, track and quantify improvements of factories after implementation of recommendations over the project period. • Web-Cloud base data accumulation and transformation for international experts (Used Adelphi filecloud system)• Plan and execute project master plan for achieving project targets.

• Build and troubleshoot generator controller unit (AVR card/Automatic voltage regulator card, Rectifier card, Engine relay card) as per the schematic and circuit diagram.• Provide online support to field engineers for critical power base problems and control supply of electrical components. Troubleshoot and fault analysis of generator.• Supervise arrangements of telecom site components like Shelter construction, wiring plan and current voltage reading compatibility. Compatibility checks of power components and instructs the field engineers about any fault situation. Manage telecom customers like Airtel, Robi regarding telecom sector of the company.

• Servicing and maintenance of Power generators. Commissioning of generators and PIU (power interface unit) as per the need of telecom sites. Transmission and distribution of emergency power to telecom site components. • Log complaints from customers like Grameen phone, Airtel, Robi, etc. in chart and prepare analysis of fault pattern. Provide online support to field engineers for critical power base problems.• Build and troubleshoot generator voltage controller unit (Automatic voltage regulator card, Rectifier card, Engine relay card) as per the schematic and circuit diagram. Checking of AVR card MOSFET functionality.• Testing of new voltage controller unit by creating load variable simulation with hand programmer and variable electrical load in the office lab. Supervise overhauling of generator engine.• Troubleshoot and fault analysis of generator display panel and control PCB cards such as I/O card, PID card, alarm card, CPU card, RTU (Remote terminal unit) card, Display card as per the wiring and circuit diagram. Online support and fault analysis of Power Interface unit (PIU) to the BTS (Base transceiver system) in variable load situations.
