1. Prepare and manage logistics documentation including shipping manifests, invoice for customs clearance and export documentation.2. 1. Monitor casting of 3D precast component such as Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) in subcontractor plant (IPS Precast Sdn. Bhd.)2. Ensure the casting conducted according to the approved plan by main contractor in Singapore for Housing & Development Board (HDB) project.3. Upload required documents that have been approved by Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to BIM360.4. Prepare and anticipate all demands from main contractor regarding project Tengah Garden C1 and Tengah Garden C2.5. Conduct and inspect all the onsite stock-list in the pre-caster company to ensure all quantity onsite are correspond with the system.

1. Understanding and carry out all tasks given by Engineer.2. Prepare the relevant regular report.3. Liaise with the subcontractor regarding rework issues.4. Participating in various learning experiences.5. Feedback to Engineer if the issues still encountered/hardcore units.6. Collaborate with engineers from other departments for problem-solving and improvement.

1. Monitor sub-contractor work progress for infrastructure works and the maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).2. Address the issues that occur in the site to the site supervisor.3. Participate the meeting for site inspection and testing before handover the project to the client.4. Assist in the preparation of report claims and work progress report.5. Assist in the submission of Bill of Quantities (BQ)6. Assist in the preparation of site diaries by recording the daily work activities, weather, manpower and equipment utilized.

1. Mainly work as a cashier who greet customers, taking orders and complete transactions on the cash and card register.2. Occasionally work as a rider who delivers customer’s order via online application to the allocated location.
