My journey into AI began during my master’s at IIT Kanpur, where I majored in Transportation Engineering with a minor in Machine Learning. During this time, I honed my skills in computer vision, culminating in a thesis that applied advanced image processing and object detection techniques to transportation challenges.To gain practical, hands-on experience with the challenges industries face in implementing AI, I began my career at VR Techniche as a Traffic and AI Analyst. This role provided me the opportunity to bridge theory and practice, tackling real-world problems and refining my expertise in AI, particularly in computer vision and analytics.At Cube Highways Technologies, I have grown into a Senior Software Developer role, where I lead AI-driven projects focused on computer vision, data analytics, and generative AI. This role has allowed me to develop expertise in generative AI, particularly natural language processing (NLP), while coordinating cross-functional efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions to complex challenges.Looking ahead, I am eager to tackle complex problems that demand a fusion of problem-solving, adaptive thinking, as well as technical skills, particularly in machine learning, including computer vision and generative AI, including natural language processing. I thrive in roles that push the boundaries of AI to address meaningful and impactful challenges.
