• To control and manage decorating activities • To conduct daily TBT and DMP meetings with employees and foremen • Ensure that all employees having appropriate H&S awareness prior to work and having appropriate equipment and materials for the task • Load out and in of construction materials • Reporting of status of on house activities directly to manager on daily basis • Assessing management team while risk assessment process• Closing out of all open decorating items and submitting report to Client and Management

• Complies with and implements company policies to enforce safety and environmental regulations• Assists employees in resolving problems, proper ways to identify safety hazards to help aid in proper uses of RTC• Directly supervises ship fitter work on assigned projects to insure and verify conformance to specification.• Perform unit alignment using accuracy control methods and tools• Assists in hanging and regulating heavy steel assemblies and components.• Performs blocking and shoring of steel assemblies and units.• Monitoring and managing all fitting activities within scope of work

• Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
