Qa/Qc Engineer
Current Monitor and inspection of all QA/QC related activities and implementations according to quality requirements and client’s specification. Preparation and Review of the welding procedure specification (WPS) and procedure qualification record (PQR) as per specifications and standards for different materials. Preparation, Review and implementation of inspection test plan (ITP’S) and Work plan procedures (WPP’S). Inspection of Material, gas cylinders, filler wires and electrodes according to MTC’s and Implementation of baking control procedure for low hydrogen electrodes. Monitor calibration status & maintain associated records for all inspection items. Responsible for NDT Coordination. Complete study of Lay out Plan, Piping & Instruments diagram (P&IDs) and Isometrics. Responsible for Managing inspection of piping fabrication, welding, Erection, hydro testing, gravity test, pneumatic test, flushing & air blowing, surface preparation / Coating & wrapping, holiday testing, surveying, leveling, punch listing and Re-instatement. Monitoring test pack movement which include RMC (Ready for mechanical completion ) P/L (punch listing ) P/K(punch killing) Reviewing to Client Completion of H/T & V/T. To give the solution for the problem arising during test pack movement as mentioned above. Surveillance Inspections of QC procedures implementation on site as well as on workshop. To generate CAR/NCR where necessary in case of any violation of Codes and Standards. Implementation of the safety activities and safety plan at site. Submission of final dossier to client.
