Development and implementation of short and long term sales strategies with Bancassurance Heads ,Retail and Consumer Heads (South) of all 13 Banks in order to achieve their monthly/yearly Banca targets, Coordination between EFU Life Actuarial and Wealth Management team of Banks for product development and packaging.  Correspondence with Region Marketing /Promotion of all Bancassurance products through Banca Week, conventions or through different promotionsMy Duties also include hiring, training, and to motivate the EFU sales force and the managers to meet the organizational objectives (targets) on a monthly basis keeping an eye on the issued business. Ø I am responsible for the overall growth of Bancassurance business from 1900 branches of 13 different banks. My region consists of Sindh and Baluchistan comprising Sales force of 202 people including 2 Sr. Unit Head, 6 Unit Heads, 5 Team Leaders, 35 Coordinators,2 Conservation officer, MIS Coordinators and Direct sales force of 150 people also 3 Business Development Managers.
