Ensure implementation of company policies in its actual spirit.• Maintain healthy liaison with clients, and appropriate response for his concerns. • Make a realistic site visits plans for himself and designated supervisor and follow it diligently.• Ensure all site are covered as per schedule ( strictly monitor over/under posting )• Consolidate client feedbacks and reflect in monthly operations reports.• Visit camps off and on show we care attitude to internal clients.• On site visit ensure that topic of the month is properly communicated to guards • Immediate investigation of incidents on site and keep MD update with situation, suggest actions and seek approval.• Ensure that supervisor, head guards and guards are well trained .• Ensure that guards are encouraged for good efforts and keep them motivated • Discipline the trouble creators according to company procedures• Raise the concerns effecting growth of company immediately to MD.• Ensure that site has emergency procedures and individuals are aware of their responsibilities in case of any emergency.• Ensure that required equipment is available on site and maintained properly .e.g. golf buggies, bicycles, wireless sets, mobiles , torches, reflective jackets , helmets etc • Discuss client’s instructions and special requirements with client and ensure that mutually agreed points are implemented.• Provide operational assistance to other departments within the company for smooth administrative functions .e.g. marketing, finance and logistics.• Provide all possible information and suggested course of action to MD for decisions on important issues.Maintaining healthy & professional client relationship • Developing group strategy to minimize customer complaints and response time• Submission of weekly reports and monthly analysis

Submit planned annual leave for all operational staff and guards. Maintain a set of files as per Gulf Fidelity Policies and Procedures. Coordinate all logistical requirements from operations to support office.Plan relievers for, break relief, weekly offs, dismissals, sick guards, absconders, training and additional deployments. Schedule guards for all listed and new deployments. Gather site and patrol inspection reports, consolidate and submit to the operations manager for his perusal. Gather & submit all duty rosters and attendance registers on the three required dates, verifies the correctness of the detail and submit to the operations manager for signature.Prepare written site instructions for all new deployments. Assure all proper completion and filing of documents as listed in Gulf Fidelity Policies and Procedures. Coordinate with accounts the MSIR (Manned Service Information Report) and execute as per instructions thereon. Handle all incoming operational calls. Update and maintain Guard Force Plan list (master deployment list) and provide HR Department with latest information on daily basis. Adhere and enforce all quality assurance policies relating to guarding and ensures high quality of service to Gulf.
