• Responsible for the review of method statements (MS), preparation of material approval submittals as per specification, scope of work and contractual requirement.• Well experienced in mix design of normal, mass concrete and Shotcrete for the coffer dam and Main Gravity Weir structure and Shotcrete mix design for slope protection and for the Tunnel works.• In depth experience in Tunnel works as per Quality Assurance Plan and standards.• Execution of Rock bolts pull out test to assure the quality of Rock bolts installation in Headrace Tunnel and in Bypass tunnel.• Grout mix design preparation as per site requirements in consolidation, curtain (Weir structure) and mini pipe roof grouting works (Tunnel portal works).• Preparation of different classes of mix design from 12Mpa to 42Mpa for Power House and for weir mass concrete as per ACI.211.1.• Headrace Tunnel and Bypass Tunnel temporary & permanent supports quality assurance.• Initiate NCR against non-conformance of system, design drawing and specifications. Review corrective actions recommended in non-conformance reports, initiate and verify corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformity.• Ensure that all inspections and tests are recorded on the appropriate form or checklist, as indicated on the relevant ITP, and all documentation is filed in a safe and secure manner.• Co-ordinate with the Site / Independent Testing Laboratory to follow up of onsite Lab Testing as per requirements of project related designed general specifications, ASTM and reference standards.
