Conduct thorough reviews of contractor-submitted submittals for material approvals to verify compliance with SEC-approved manufacturers, project scope, and standards. Additionally, scrutinize transmission line designs to ensure alignment with project specifications, scope, and SEC standards. Engage in meetings with contractors to address design or material concerns, and actively participate in project kick-off meetings.

Responsible for the comprehensive MEP package encompassing HVAC, BMS, CCTV & Security System, Automatic X-ray detection system, Firefighting system, Public Address system, Occupancy system, Lighting automation, Digital pass gates, Optical fiber-based internetworking for system operations & public, as well as complete internal & external electrifications, wiring & lighting, and video information & advertising system for Terminal 1 & 2 of King Khalid International Airport. Support the MEP manager in overseeing activities related to HVAC, BMS, CCTV & Security Systems, Automatic X-ray detection systems, Firefighting systems, Public Address systems, Occupancy systems, Lighting automation, Digital pass gates, Optical fiber-based internetworking, electrifications, wiring & lighting, and video information & advertising system. Duties include preparing Shop drawings and Bills of Quantities, conducting site inspections during dismantling, ensuring safe equipment removal, inspecting all equipment before client handover (Riyadh Airport Company, RAC), supervising on-site activities, and providing reports and attending progress meetings.

Engineering and design review including but not limited to calculation and establishment of transmission line parameters for overhead lines and underground cabling, selection of conductor & span optimization, underground cabling parameters, contamination studies, preparation of technical reports, concept notes, preparation of specifications for procurement purposes, technical evaluation of bids and award recommendations, technical discussions & negotiations, assisting the contract specialist in the preparation of the contract documents, tower/pole design review, establishment of prototype load test cases, plan & profiles, tower spotting, sag & tension calculations, verification of transmission line materials, equipment inspections & testing, and ensuring quality control and safety of equipment/ manpower of the transmission line.

Construction supervision of all types of Conventional Foundations of SGM, AGM & DGM likewise Double-Circuit DD1, DS1, and DA1 types towers, pile foundations including Conductor Pipe Inspection, Drilling, Cage lowering, and concreting in line with Approved Drawings and Specifications, Construction Foundation & Grounding Arrangement Drawings; Stub Setting Plan, Bar bending schedule of SGM, AGM & DGM also Double circuit DD1, DS1and DA1type towers, checking the installation of Ground Rods, supervision of underground cabling, Cable Material, and Footing Resistance within the specified limits, Tower Erection and Stringing Inspections by approved drawings and specifications.
