I am M.C.S qualified having more than 5 years of experience as Network Engineer. I have been currently working with Soft Source, Inc. as a Network Engineer since 2010. I have been maintaining Asterisk Services, IPCOP Firewall, Windows SBS Server 2011 & CISCO IP Phones since 2010. I am involved in designing and implementing changes to the school division’s data and voice networks, including WAN, LAN, VoIP, and server resources.I am also involved in Planning and maintaining hardware, software, and cabling related to the division’s network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, servers, power backup and conditioning, multi­user applications. My duties involves troubleshooting networks , network devices peripherals issues and optimizing network performance, ensuring high availability for mission critical applications such as VoIP, online state testing, and collaboration tools,securing and protecting the network infrastructure and network resources from unauthorized access,managing network access including creating, disabling, and modifying user accounts. As an experienced Network Engineer my priority is researching new technologies that may be helpful the company to achieve its goals and objectives providing improved services to users.
