Valuation by analysing revenue, direct cost, OPEX, working capital, CAPEX, taxation and funding requirements.  Generated financial feasibility plan / financial models of new products / investments and appraised the project by using various techniques, such as NPV, FCF, IRR, Payback, and ROI Formulated Budgets of each individual projects, consolidated overall group budgets and prepared presentation for review to directors also updated business plan in accordance with budgets approved by the board of directors.  Dealt with banks and other financial institutions for arrangement of financing including: bank Loan, bank guarantees, leasing and insurance. Financial Reporting to top management, external auditors and investment consultants.  Supervised maintenance of books of accounts for all the projects.  Responsible for proper working of ERP Financial (GL, INV, AP, CM, Sales, FA) and HIMS Coordinated with external auditors and investment consultants Addressed all matters of income tax, PRA, sales tax, property tax, professional tax issues and dealt with department officials. Work on behalf of Company Secretary completed corporate records, recorded minutes of meeting of Directors / Members and ensure submission of corporate returns to SECP.

- Responsible for Consolidate Financial Reporting, Company and projects wise Financial Reporting to top management, external auditors and investment consultants.- Development and monitoring of annual business plan based on five years projections comprising all business segments and evaluating corporate performance.- Prepare and finalize Budgets of each individual projects with the help of senior management.- Consolidate overall group budgets and prepare presentation for review to directors.- Update business plan in accordance with budgets approved by the board of directors. - Finalize payroll of all projects.- Implementation and monitoring of budgetary disciplines and controls for each cost center. - Supervise maintenance of Fixed Assets Record.- Supervise all activities of Finance and Accounts department.- Liaison with external auditors and getting statutory audit of annual Financial Statements of all the entities of the Group.- Liaising with investment consultants for project funding and equity investments.- Financial planning and working capital management for existing and new business projects.- Prepare Finance Summaries and report to senior management about daily finance position and activities. - Review Daily Fund Position and managing funds.- Review Daily Receivable and Payable Reports with aging and advice to senior management accordingly. - Dealing with banks and other financial institutions for arrangement of financing including: bank Loan, bank guarantees, leasing and insurance. - Responsible for maintenance of books of accounts.- Responsible for taxation compilance.- Supervise ERP and HMIS implementation in the organization

- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement- Maintenance of book of accounts- Prepare monthly payroll of all projects- Review daily revenue and cash reports, develop and implement financial reporting structure and SOPs for financial reporting.- Monitor Inventory Management, review Inventory Consumption Reports and develop Inventory Reporting Structure- Monthly Stock Taking of Inventory at Stores- Co-ordinate with Auditors for Annual Statutory Audit - Responsible for submission of monthly withholding tax statements, filing of annual income tax returns of all entities of group in accordance with Income Tax Ordinance and Income Tax Rules.-Responsible for accurate deduction of withholding tax, collection of advance tax with student’s fee and timely payment of these to Government treasury.- Finalize quarterly and annual advance tax assessment and payment to Government treasury. - Responsible for compliance taxation statutory regulations.- Responsible for reply against show cause notices from FBR.- Responsible for conducting taxation audits and dealing with taxation officials.- Deal all matters relating to Sales Tax, Property Tax, Professional Tax and dealing with Excise and Taxation department officials.- Coordinating with taxation consultants.
