Gatron (Industries) Ltd belongs to the Gani and Tayub Group (G&T) and has been operating since 1980. These seven decades of experience has allowed Gatron to grow into the biggest producer of Polyester Filament Yarn in Pakistan.. My responsibilities at Gatron Industries LTD includes:• Implemented HSE policy effectively through out the site.• Successfully completed new polycondensate project with Zero LTI.• Carried out JSA & risk assessment of activities and suggested suitable and effective control measures.• Delivered various trainings related to site safety.• Successfully developed and implemented Management Safety Audit system.• Developed and Implemented various policies to improve site safety.• Developed safety induction trainings for suppliers, visitors and contractors.• Managing injury/illness (Accidents / Incidents) information database and rectify the incident trends through trend analyses and recognize significant trends through statistical review and develop strategies to address those trends.
