• Performing site survey for measuring the point to point lengths of FOC according to the FOC provided schedule and different lay outs.(Site cable measurement) • Expert in splicing, cleaving, cleaning of fibers and inspection of quality work.• Supervising laying of FOC and Ethernet cable (CAT5, CAT6,) according to FOC schedule and block diagrams for SAS, Protection and line protection panels.• Making permanent labels for all FOC.• Termination of Coaxial, Ethernet cables for all type connectors used in communication room like BNC,TNC,BD25 pin,BD9 pin,RJ45(Male, Female, Straight type, L type) • Handling of Maintenance team for Operations of FOC and their records properly.• Physically check of FOC before installation.• Supervision and performing splicing activities.• Post installation test after installation and splicing.• End to End test with SEC witness.• Splicing in Splitter boxes• Recorded and analyzed test results for daily work reports
