Responsibilities:•Checking of complete and accurate information on Purchase Requisition / Service Requisition at the time of receipt, such as complete specification supported by sketch, brand, size, make and drawings.•Sending Request for Quotations to potential supplier for calling quotation keeping in view the updated approved supplier list.•Introducing new supplier where necessary.•Coordination between supplier and project execution for technical clarification.•Negotiation with supplier.•Preparation of comparative statement.•Purchase order preparation in Spridon.•Selection / Checking of proper material group (ESN) from ESN Wizard while creating purchase orders.Delivery Follow-up of the material ordered•Arrangement of material inspection on supplier premises where necessary.•TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) sheet and Supplier Comparison Factor (SCF) for above 50,000 EUR volume of purchase order.•Integration with sales at bidding stage.•Strategic and Risk evaluation of supplier through Click for Supplier (C4S) tools•Arrangement of code of conduct from supplier.•Intimate and guide supplier to get register in C4S Easy to become a part of Global procurement.•Reporting•MODIAS based procurement volume reporting•Reporting to project management pertaining material status.•Quarterly CNI reporting to purchase deptt. Management•Deletion of no more required open Purchase orders as per SOA requirements•Finalization of L/C with supplier & project commercial.•Coordination with store for arrangement of transportation for direct delivery.•Coordination with site for arrangement of RR/MIR in direct delivery case.

Responsibilities:•Issuance & adjustment of advances.•Good Receipt / Invoice Receipt report confirmations on monthly basis.•Co-ordination with vendors.•Sales Tax Input follow-up.•Urgent Parking of Bills in Spridon (SAP).•Maintaining service entry sheet for service related bills.•Verification of Inoices.•Account rectification in SAP in case of Wrong A/c # in Purchase Orders.•Counter checking of parked bills and sending them to Finance Department along with necessary documents. •Solving queries of our Finance Department related to the invoices.•Maintaining Good Receipts & Parking of Internal & Foreign Invoices.•Solving site queries.•Follow up for cheques, solving problems related to urgent payments.Monthly liabilities reporting to Divisional Management.

Responsibilities:•To issue domestic and international tickets for Siemens Pakistan.To arrange business visas for Siemens Employees.•Make reservation in Galileo and Sabre Online System.•To make different travel reports in MS Excel as per requirement of Siemens Pakistan.•To arrange Police Registration, Travel Permit and Exit Permit for foreigners.
